Out-surance to the rescue!

Emily Chamlee-Wright would be smiling.  Out-surance, one of the leading automobile insurance companies, has hired people to direct traffic at robots (traffic lights) that are out of order.  Robots are often not working: people dig up the valuable cables, or there are electricity shortages.  As a result, bad traffic gets worse, and drivers start to get angry.

Out-surance has an incentive to help, as I would guess the number of accidents increases when robots are out of order.  Additionally, it’s great advertising for the company.

I’ve been told that Out-surance has trained and hired people from informal settlements to do the work.  They give every traffic worker a scooter and a radio, which they use to get to robots across the city.   What do you think, Emily?
