hong kong’s long escalator
There must be a caustic action scene set on this thing. How could you have the world’s-longest-outdoor-covered-escalator-system and NOT kung-fu on it? That lady right there is probably getting ready to roundhouse kick some triad member.
You lived near DC, did you ever take the escalator in the Wheaton Metro station? For a while it was the second longest escalator in the world.
My thought too! Why haven’t I seen any kung fu escalator action? Not in movies, and not live. sigh.
Apparently while Batman was being filmed, Lingnan people would sometimes see people from the film walking around Central / etc. Don’t understand why they didn’t have batman go up/around the escalator, instead of the Bank of China bldg. It means there’ll be a sequel.
