What we have here is a the neighborhood wet market (in the rain), filled with delicious fruits, meats (mmm eel) and vegetables.

Here is the pharmacy that’s right next to the market. Yes that’s a hand written sign advertising Viagra. Despite my insistence that I was a medical doctor in my homeland of Weisikangxin, the pharmacist would not let me buy mass amounts of antibiotics without a written prescription. Upon investigation, it was revealed that the Viagra could be purchased without a prescription. Unfortunately I doubt it would be effective for treating a sore throat.

Apparently what you do: go to the wet market, get your fresh produce. Go to the pharmacy, put your kids in the coin operated car-rides out front, and go buy some Viagra. Pudong: perfect life.
